DEATH OF GUITAR POP's blend of 2-tone influenced ska and anthemic indie guitar pop has seen them amass a colossal army of devoted fans that have helped propel their last two albums into the top 30 of the official UK albums chart.
Their thrilling, often chaotic, live performances have made them a mainstay on the British music festival circuit and their relentless touring schedule has seen them top the bill at 02 Shepherd's Bush empire, London's Electric Ballroom and many, many more in the past 18 months.
Led by singers Oliver Hookings & Jonny Hicks, this London based Ska band have been described as the 4fourth generation of Ska. They are already being hailed as the new Madness. Their influences are Madness (of course!), Ian Dury and The Clash, amongst others.
