Eddie & The Hot Rods

EDDIE & THE HOT RODS are a pioneering British pub rock/proto-punk band formed in Essex in 1975, renowned for high-energy R&B and the 1977 Top 10 UK hit “Do Anything You Wanna Do”. Originally featuring Barrie Masters, Dave Higgs, Rob Steel, and Steve Nicol, they emerged from Canvey Island’s music scene, often associated with Dr. Feelgood. They bridged pub rock and punk, influencing the late 70s scene.
