Skinny Lister + Vandoliers + Claudia Kate

Norwich Arts Centre, 6 Dec 2025

High-energy British folk-punk band from Greenwich, London

Skinny Lister are back with brand new album ‘Songs From The Yonder’. A glorious, riotous mix of chest-thumping anthems, shanty sing-a-longs and folk/punk classics, tempered by some of the most tender and reflective songs the band have penned yet.

Picking up where the acclaimed ‘Shanty Punk’ left off, their seventh studio album, ‘Songs From The Yonder’, will find the band revelling in their nostalgic touchstones, while facing the future with a wide eyed sense of optimism and a warming reverence for what has been.
With plenty of harks back to their folk roots and some more tender touches too, longstanding fans will be enamoured to hear that those classic Skinny themes of drinking, travelling, the sea and ploughing on in the face of adversity, are still hoisted high on the band’s flagpole throughout this latest outing.

Teeming with themes of seafaring, travelling, drinking, family, and good times, ‘Songs From The Yonder’ is the seventh release from the good ship Skinny Lister and slots seamlessly into their canon.

Vandoliers Beloved Texas country-punk ensemble Vandoliers announce their fifth studio album Life Behind Bars via Break Maiden Records / Thirty Tigers. The album marks a number of firsts for the band, but most importantly this collection of songs offers a window into frontwoman Jenni (Gin-ee) Rose’s journey through addiction and gender dysphoria – a journey that has culminated in her decision to come out as a trans woman.

Claudia Kate London-based singer-songwriter Claudia Kate has a sound that sits somewhere between the outspokenness of Kate Nash, and the honest musicality of Maggie Rogers, having also been compared to Brit-nominated Self Esteem for her use of spoken word and her friend-in-me lyricism.

‘Warming, raw, nostalgic and feel good’ -Jess Izsatt, BBC Radio 1
